The Whakatane Town A.F.C. is proud to announce that they are now online as of the 1st December 2005, with it’s brand new website sponsored by Klixo Limited and Whakatane.info.

After the first initial Idea by Carwyn Evans and Werner Rechsteiner over a year ago, we have finally reached the end of the line and are able to present to all soccer fans in the local area and world wide, access to our club in a way that has never been seen before.

 

Daniel Larsen, the owner of Klixo Limited,  has sponsored the initial website set up fee to the club. Thanks Daniel and top effort.

Richard Parfitt the support Technician from klixo.net.nz has done all the ground work in setting every thing up for Carwyn/Werner and other members of the club to load content of their choice on to the site. Well done Richard.

All past and present members or supporters are welcome to get in touch to contribute their story or photos to be included as well. Updates will be made weekly to ensure theres always something new for browsers to read or look at.

A big THANKYOU to WERNER RECHSTEINER who couldnt help but work for the club right up untill his last day in the country. Werner is going to be missed very much by all budding football players and his friends here at Whakatane AFC.
